Dumbbell Rows

Targets the upper back, lats, and biceps by pulling the dumbbells in a rowing motion while hinged at the hips.


HOW TO PERFORM:  

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart, hinge at the hips with a flat back, holding dumbbells in each hand, palms facing in. 

  2. Pull the dumbbells toward your torso, keeping elbows close to your body. 

  3. Slowly lower the weights back to the starting position.
