Bear Crawl

The Bear Crawl challenges core stability, coordination, and shoulder strength.
Start in a table top, on all fours with knees hovering just off the floor.
Move your right hand and left foot forward together, then switch sides.
Keep your back flat and core engaged as you crawl forward and back.
PRO TIPS:
Begin on your knees to find proper alignment (shoulders over wrists, hips over knees).
Go slow! Maintain proper control, rather than speeding through the movement
MODIFICATIONS:
Table top hover: In a table top, lift both knees about an inch or so off of the floor and hold.
Bear Walk- From table top, lift the hips higher (think downward facing dog) and begin to walk forward and back.
