What is Mobility?
Mobility is the ability to actively move a joint through its full range of motion. It’s key to basic tasks like getting out of bed, climbing stairs and activity such as cooking, gardening and exercising. Mobility centers around joints and the ability to move them through their full range of motion.
What is Flexibility?
Flexibility refers to the ability to passively stretch your body’s muscles and tendons. When your muscles and soft tissues are flexible, you can reach for a high shelf or bend down to pick something up with ease. Flexibility allows your joints to move through their full range of motion comfortably.
